I forgot my master password. What can I do?

For security reasons, we don’t know your master password and can’t reset it. If you remember your old master password, you can use the in-app recovery options.

I purchased Premium. How do I restore it?

Open Safe Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Safe will restore Premium access if it’s available for your account.

I got a new phone. How do I move my data?

Install Safe on your new device and restore your vault from your cloud backup. After the restore, all your data will appear automatically.

What should I do if I lost my phone?

Install Safe on a new device and restore your vault from your cloud backup. Your data on the lost device stays encrypted and can’t be accessed without your master password.

Which clouds does Safe support?

Safe works with Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox, and OneDrive. You can also connect any WebDAV cloud—or even a NAS.

Sync isn’t working—what should I check?

First, make sure you have a stable internet connection. Then try turning cloud sync off and on again in Settings.
