Liability
Safe is provided "as is". We do not guarantee error-free operation or full compatibility with any systems. We provide no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of third party rights. We are not liable for any damage or data loss (real or imagined) resulting from the use or inability to use the application. You use Safe at your own risk.
User Rights
You retain full control over your data: you can delete it, switch clouds, or work offline.
License to Use
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Safe application for personal purposes. All rights to the application, its code and brand belong to SafeInCloud SAS.
App Store Terms
By using Safe, you also agree to the terms of the app stores from which you download the application:
Service Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue support for the application, release updates, or access to services at any time without prior notice.
Refund Policy
If you purchased a subscription or license through app stores (App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store), refunds are governed by the rules of the respective store. If you purchased a license directly from our website, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting support: support@safe-in-cloud.com
Terms Changes
We may update the Terms of Service from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
Applicable Law
All disputes arising from the use of Safe are governed by the laws of Uruguay. Any claims must be heard in the courts of Uruguay.
